This smoked fish dip is super easy and would be a great snack to have out as an appetizer. It only requires 3 ingredients. Plus you can get 6 grams of protein in with one serving.
This dip is easy to make ahead of a get together or party, or you can whip it up fast for a quick and easy snack and store the leftovers for a few days in the refrigerator.
It is made with smoked trout or smoked salmon, cream cheese and topped with some briny capers. You can eat with chips, toasted bread, or a toasted baguette... Sounds great to me!

9. Walnut Tahini Date Truffles
Think decadent and nourishing, these sweet treats are packed with flavor and good for you ingredients. There is the option of adding your own favorite adaptogen of choice, such as ashwagandha, reiki or lions mane.
Tahini is sort of like peanut butter, but is made of sesame seed. So a sesame seed butter. If you don't have tahini, you can always just use peanut butter or any other nut butter.
Once you roll the truffles into little balls, you can choose any kind of topping to roll them in. Recommended are cocoa powder, hemp seeds and matcha powder. I am also thinking about coconut flakes, chopped nuts, little chocolate chips... the list could be endless!

These cookies were created by a yoga obsessed yogi herself searching for a healthier cookie that can be eaten as breakfast on the go.

Mmmm if you have an air fryer, these chickpeas are so yummy. If you don't you can always place them in your oven on a baking sheet.
Relatively simple to make, you can store them in a container for 3 days for a quick snack to grab. This recipe calls for paprika and siracha sauce to create a spicy flavor, but you can always season them to your taste. I am thinking about a ranch flavor added to mine when I'm not craving spicy.

These fruit and energy bites are made with dates and different kinds of nuts. You can choose any nut of preference: walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, peanuts, cashews, or almonds.
The two key ingredients are the nuts and dates. Other than those, you can add flavors or other ingredients of choice. It is recommended to use small pieces of dried fruits so you don't get mushy bites. You can add coconut flakes or toasted coconut flakes, mini chocolate chips or other toppings of choice.
If you make a large batch you can pop a bag in the freezer and store them. These might also be good dipped in chocolate!

This copycat Disney Dole Whip recipe is so good. You will enjoy this soft and creamy dessert in the summertime. Kids will love this one too.
This is made mostly with pineapple and ice cream. If you don't like dairy, you can substitute with coconut milk ice cream or another ice cream base of choice. Maybe substitute with a pineapple sherbert.

The egg bites are protein packed and perfect to start your day. They are easy to take on the go. This link will take you to a recipe with an option for the bacon & gruyere egg bites or the kale and mushroom egg bites.
I might add sausage to these egg bites to make them more kid-friendly in my house. But bacon bits sound amazing too! These egg bites are even better if you use farm fresh or pet chicken eggs.
